RFQ Details

I Am Looking To Purchase The Pinwheel Base On The Below Requirements:
1. Propose The Designs, Dimensions And Materials For The Fabrication Of The Pinwheels.
2. The Pinwheels Shall Be (A) Waterproof, (B) Colourful, (C) Non-Creasable, (D) Made Of Reflective Materials That Illuminate At Night. They Will Be Placed On The Event Ground For Decoration.
3. The Vendor Must Also Propose How The Pinwheels Will Be Displayed On Ground (Whether On Ground Or Vertically On A Structure) Such That They Are Visually Appealing And Attractive On The Event Ground.
4. The Minimum Pinwheel Quantity Shall Be 20,000 Pcs.
5. A Proposal And Artist Perspective Must Be Submitted To Us First For Approval.
6. Once Confirmed, It Must Be Ready By 1St Week Of Jan 2011.
